Agents Of Change 2023 Annual Independence Lecture: Youth To Celebrate Obasa Symbol Of Possibilities

The Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa has been graciously chosen for incomparable honour of number 1 symbol of possibilities, he demonstrated in Lagos, and among the Youth.

Speaking at the Press Conference, held on Tuesday, at the Unique Extra Hotel,Agege Lagos  the Book Author and Director of Project for the Agents of Change, Mr. Gbenga Osolana said that the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Mudashiru Obasa has to be celebrated and honoured, with a befitting history/Book Launch of the 2023 Annual Independence Lecture, that will be held today Wednesday, at the Mayfair Hall, Alausa secretariat ikeja, for his great contributions to transform the life of the Youth, to a dreamable height of leadership, in the political terrain.

He described the annual lecture, as beneficial enough to reorientiate the younger generation.

While the programme is themed: ” Nation Building The Roles of Emerging Leaders, To Changing The Narrative Through Green Technology “.

Also, he emphasised that a brilliant Guest Lecturer, Ambassador Lanre Olanrewaju shall be there to deliver the Lecture, and disclosed more on how the book to be launched will serve as a good Mentorship tools for the unborn generation.

He noted that the number one symbol of inscription, on the cap of the Speaker of Lagos State,Rt. Hon. Obasa, is an awesome  symbol of Unity and good role model of Determination, Patience, Perseverance and industrious.

He informed however, that as the President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been honoured in the last annual lecture, before the general election and some honourables, Agege Youth across all tribes, like Arewa, Igbo and Yoruba groups shall also be celebrated in the next lecture series, for their glorious inclusion.

He commended the efforts of the honourable leaders, among Hon. Dr. Mrs. Idiat Oluranti Adebule, Hon. Ninolowo, Hon. Solomon Chuks, A. K. A (Solochus), for their support.

Hon. Amosu Kazeem said in his address, that the Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa is an exemplary leader, that his Auto Biography is well stated, in the book to be launched, he is still worthy of celebration in Lagos State, and especially among Agege youth, for delivering the youth from slavery to a height of glory.

Mr. Olumuyiwa Adegbenro said in addition, that Nigerians need to put this in consideration, that we should not let our leaders, and heroes die before they are celebrated, but they needed to be celebrated alive.

Others in attendance were Mr. Abiodun Olanrewaju, Mr. Ekundayo Soyoye, and Arewa Female representative.
