
Ayodele Alabi, an award-winning corporate affairs professional and Head of Corporate Communications at Nigerian Breweries Plc, was celebrated as one of Nigeria’s Top 50 Female Industry Changemakers an also lent her voice to the insightful panel session as a panelist at the prestigious event held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
The ceremony, themed “Inspire, Achieve, Aspire: The New Generation of Career Women,” gathered leading women from Nigeria’s corporate, brand, and marketing sectors.
With over 15 years of strategic communications experience, Alabi has built a reputation for transforming brand perception, driving employee engagement, and leading impactful diversity and inclusion initiatives.
A graduate with first-class honours in Communications and a Master’s in Business Management, she began her career at Globacom before joining Unilever Nigeria as a Management Trainee in the Unilever Future Leaders Programme.
She later served as Head of Corporate Communications and Employee Experience at Guinness Nigeria Plc, where she notably improved gender engagement through the Spirited Women’s Network, earning a nomination at the 2023 Diageo Global Inclusion Awards.
In 2023, Alabi was appointed Head of Corporate Communications at Nigerian Breweries Plc, Nigeria’s foremost brewing company, where she oversees integrated communications, corporate reputation, and stakeholder engagement.
Beyond her corporate role, she is a published author, podcaster, and corporate compère. Her book, “Happiest Girl in the Room,” shares her journey through widowhood and resilience, inspiring others to find purpose and joy amid adversity.
