Lagos, Nigeria – In a significant political endorsement, the Uhorobo Nation for Tinubu (UNT) has declared its unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s anticipated re-election bid in the 2027 general elections.
The declaration was made by Chief Dr. Obiuwe Ominmini, the Special Adviser Political to the Senate President, His Excellency Senator Godswill Akpabio, during an interaction with newsmen at the Convention Hall, Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Chief Ominmini, addressing journalists, resonated that the group has “made up their minds” that President Tinubu, whom he referred to as PBAT, “shall be their choice come 2027.”
He attributed this resolute support to the President’s transformative impact, stating that “PBAT and his team have pragmatically and assiduously transformed the Republic with his Renewed Hope Agenda.”
He expressed strong confidence in the continuity of these policies, emphasizing that a second term is crucial for the reforms to fully bear fruit and “technically provide the dividends of democracy for citizenry.”
As a tangible example of the administration’s achievements, Chief Ominmini highlighted the landmark construction of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, a project he stated “shall begin to provide dividends of niceness to the citizens in no distant future.”
The political adviser also commended the Lagos State Government under Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for hosting the APC 2025 Lagos State Stakeholders Forum.

He described the All Progressives Congress (APC) as a “huge bloc of different persons” from legacy parties like the ACN, CPC, PDP, and ANPP, and urged party leaders to emulate Lagos by managing its diverse membership with inclusivity.
“Politics are of inclusiveness not exclusiveness,” he asserted, encouraging other APC state governors to take a cue from Lagos State’s approach.
In his closing remarks, Chief Ominmini reinforced the group’s conviction in the President’s efforts, stating, “PBAT is really really really working hard to make sure all citizenry of the Republic feel pleasant at all times,” signaling a campaign message centered on the perceived tangible benefits of the current administration.
