Comptroller-General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, attended the graduation ceremony of Senior Course 10 at the Nigeria Customs Command and Staff College in Abuja, charging the officers to be ambassadors of the Service and prioritize continuous learning.
Adeniyi congratulated the graduates on their rigorous training and urged them to apply their knowledge to enhance border security, suppress smuggling, and generate revenue.
He also assured the college management and staff of his commitment to improving officers’ welfare, leading to improved efficiency in the Service.
The Commandant, Assistant Comptroller-General Kingsley Egwuh, conferred the title of Pass Senior Course (PSC) on the graduates, while Deputy Commandant Oluyomi Adebakin highlighted the comprehensive training received by the officers.
A regimental dinner night was also held to honor the graduates, with DCG Beatrice Nwafor representing the CGC and encouraging the officers to soar higher in their careers.
