To mark the successful completion of the holy month (Ramadan), the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC)has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah. NCC celebrates with Muslims in Nigeria and those across the globe on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
NCC describes Eid al-Fitr as a period of reflection, gratitude, and renewed commitment to values of peace, compassion, and unity.
NCC has used the Eid al-Fitr celebration as opportunity to reaffirmed its dedication to advancing Nigeria’s digital ecosystem.
The commission noted that it will ensure universal access to telecommunications services. NCC will further improve consumer experience. It will foster sustainable and inclusive digital economy for all citizens.
“As we mark this joyous occasion, we reaffirm our commitment to ensuring universal access, enhancing consumer experience, and powering a sustainable digital economy for all Nigeria,” the Commission stated.
NCC further encourage Nigerians to uphold the virtues demonstrated during Ramadan.
Stating that attributes such as generosity, unity, and patience are often practiced during the holy months.
The commission wish all Muslim faithful a peaceful and fulfilling Eid celebration.
