In a groundbreaking move to harness Africa’s tech potential and create a thriving innovation-driven ecosystem, Moniepoint Inc., a leading provider of digital financial services in Africa, has unveiled the DreamDevs Initiative, a transformative program aimed at addressing the challenges of tech talent sourcing on the continent.
The initiative targets recent graduates with academic backgrounds in technology, computer science, engineering, or related fields, who also possess fundamental programming knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Over a nine-week intensive boot camp, participants will gain hands-on training and exposure to advanced industry technology, preparing them for the dynamic tech landscape in Africa and beyond.
