Oando PLC has announced the appointment of Ms. Ayotola Jagun as an Executive Director, effective May 20th, 2025.Ms. Jagun brings over three decades of extensive experience as a legal and governance professional, having worked across professional services, financial services, and the energy sectors.

A dual-qualified lawyer, Ms. Jagun is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
She is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, affiliations that highlight her dedication to ethical business practices, robust corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, and industry collaboration.
