Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa resumed as the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly on Thursday, February 27, after forcefully reclaiming his position.
The plenary session, which he initiated with a prayer, had only four lawmakers in attendance.
The lawmakers present at the session included:
Hon. Ayinde Akinsanya (Mushin Constituency I), popularly known as Osmak
Hon. Olumoh Sa’ad Lukman (Ajeromi-Ifelodun Constituency I)
Hon. Abdulkareem Jubreel Ayodeji (Agege Constituency II)
Hon. Noheem Adams (Eti-Osa Constituency II)
This development follows ongoing political tensions within the Lagos State House of
Assembly.
