An official statement has been released by Dr Abayomi Arabambi (FBAU), the National Publicity Secretary of the Labour Party, LP, in relation to the present imbroglio being experienced by the embattled party. Read the statement below;
The attention of Labour Party National Working Committee (NWC) has been drawn to an epileptic and disjointed press statements lace with falsehood and emanated from one Ms Nenadi Usman through her Personal Assistant Mr. Ken Asogwa where she attempted to mislead the public about Labour party involvement in the ongoing Coalition talks through Mr Peter Obi.
Mr Ken Asogwa unsuccessfully tried fruitlessly to raise false alarms and narratives that the Labour party consents to Mr Peter Obi participation in the ongoing Coalition talks which is aimed to grab power in 2027.
In addition, Ms. Nenadi Usman fruitlessly laboured to sell a false narratives to Nigerians that the Labour Party is involved in the ongoing coalition talks. She further said through a contradictory Statements, that she expressly approved and endorsed Peter Obi’s participation in the ongoing coalition talk, how and in what capacity?
For the records, we would not have dignify this purile lies from those political bystanders but for the benefit of the general public who might be mislead to think it’s a statement made in their best interest.
The deliberate negative statement has confirmed the obvious desperation of this political mercenaries to destroy Labour Party.
Their statement is not only laughable and ridiculous, but an embarrassment to the Party’s Leadership.
Mr Peter Obi is not representing Labour Party nor speaking on behalf of the party in any coalition talks towards the build up to 2027 General election but to advance his own selfish political ambitions
Further more, it is a taboo for Satan to preach the gospel of our lord Jesus Christ to sinners, neither can Satan invites Christ Jesus to a family dinner , we therefore urged the general public to ignore such a misguided statement which emanated from Ms Nenadi Usman and her gangs of desperate political attention seekers who are playing on the intelligence of Nigerians to think they meant well for the country
