After a thorough analysis, the NPF Cybercrime Centre confirmed that the video was originally created and circulated in 2018 and was recently reposted with a misleading narrative to incite panic.
The Police have urged the public to remain calm and avoid spreading unverified information, warning that spreading false information is unpatriotic, criminal, and punishable under the law.
They assured that anyone involved in creating or disseminating misleading content will face the full extent of the law.
